haiz, the holidays are gonna be over in a week and i'm hopeless. no holidays means super little training can. hmphs. my whole timing whatever are all gonna go poof. grrr. super pissed off now. why cant i go for trg everyday like the rest of them. so what if my sch dosent have a team huh. i don care man. mummy always tell me say they go like everyday cos they havta train for their sch nats. so wat if i don nid? cant i go too. hmphs. i'm whining as usual cos i'm not allowed to do whatever i like. grrrrrrr.... pissed off. don disturb me already. i shall jus go tonite. heck. since today's wed n trg's supposed to start early (: due to d short days all d senior team has in school so it would end earlier too. but on d bad side or dark side, weds are for physical. have less proper trainings. haiz. pts are like super tiring lar. 2000 times skipping to start off. frogjumps 6 sets. and mind you, its not d normal types we do durin tabletennis trg, ours or rather d more efficient one is like jumping up the stairs. HAHA. so fun actually. 6 sets up a flight of 30 steps of stairs. some maths and actually we jump like two steps at a time. so will be like 12 X5=60 jumps o.O that's quite a lot lar. compared to tabletennis where we jump like 11 times everyround, max we jump 8 rounds? o.O i don get why they still complain everytime coach tell them to frog jump cos like seriously, it's so super easy can. jumping on flat ground as compared to jumping up the stairs. haha. those people that keep whining and complaining everytime coach tell us to jump should try going for jiaolian's trainings man. sure kanna whack by the ball till blueblack de :P hehes. cos if we jump too slow jiaolian will take the ball (PS, its a volleyball. not tabletennis ball =.=) and whack you on the legs... haha. i got whacked once when i first joined them for trg cos its 1000o times more tiring as compared to tabletennis. haha. ok after like 6 sets of frogjumps den have to like do sth like shuttle run. but not so short la. i think it's d same distance like shuttle run each time, but instead of ONLY 4 we do like 20. den we still havta do 100 sets of knee-up or sth. not sure of the name though. its like we step on a platform like around d height of our knee, but for me its a little above cos i'm shorter than d rest but nvm ): we do like usually d dominant leg step up den down den again. den switch to the other leg only once den switch again. so means end up d dominant leg, right leg la usually will do two times everytime d other leg does one. if i'm not wrong this is to increase jumping power. haha. cos my take off power sucks. and i nid that to let me jump higher ): haiz. d only prob of me is that i'm too short lar. cant help it anw if my genes are like that. ok, shall stop ranting on and on already. haha, jus that d more i type d more i 瞧不起 those people tat keep whining when nidda do 身体训练. whine than don do sports lar. wth... den d nxt day keep saying leg pain this and that. cant stand those people. and that's one of the reason i don really like tabletennis cos the people are like all very pampered lar. ok, not all the people. like a certain few. shall not state names but really. i cant stand all those people man. d parents scared d children 辛苦 den don send them for trg lar. please. ok, all those was not meant as a personal attack, jus general statments. which are almost true anw. okok, shall not say anymore. later i offend ppl AGAIN -.- haha. looking forward to training. YAY ^^
